• If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer support service to Carlsberg Britvic, always maintaining a friendly manner
• Communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
• Follow company procedure on customer responses
• Promote on-line digital applications to customers
• Managing multiple customer situations effectively, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals
