Quality Manager

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field or a minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality management within the ESP manufacturing industry, preferably at a mid-sized, high-mix, vertically integrated facility.
• Proven experience leading teams through business changes.
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to persevere through adversity.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards
• Internal auditor training and certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated history of ownership, accountability, and team building.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes, and the ability to teach these tools to direct and indirect reports.

Schedule : Full-time / Monday - Friday / 7:00am - 3:30pm

Salary : $120k-$145k / Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit)
