Purchasing Assistant

• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Strong communication and relationship management
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Collaborative team player across departments

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
• Proven negotiation skills with a strong understanding of cost structures and pricing
• Required experience using ERP systems or inventory management software
• Solid knowledge of production timelines and factory processes
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
