In this position...
The Interior Systems Quality manager is responsible for understanding and delivering all NA current model quality and spend targets within the Interior Systems commodity.
The role also leads an Americas-based team performing detailed data analysis for warranty repairs and spend.
This position works integrally with the design and release teams to develop specific design actions and with the manufacturing team to improve processes related to quality performance.
What you'll do...

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
10 years of automotive quality experience. 5 years of body interior/exterior systems in an automotive domain.
Even better, you may have...
Master's degree in Engineering.
DFMEA/PFMEA Experience.
Six Sigma Background/Green Belt/Black Belt.
Root Cause Analysis Experience.
Manufacturing Experience.
Product Design Experience.

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
