Hotel Overview
The role is based at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, a luxury hotel in West Bay Lagoon with restaurants, recreational facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa.
The position supports the hotel’s luxury service philosophy and InterContinental brand standards.
Role Overview
The Quality Manager will drive the hotel’s quality agenda and ensure that brand standards, service expectations, and operational procedures are understood, implemented, and sustained.
The role works with the Executive Committee, department heads, and operational teams to identify improvements and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Guest Journey and Service Quality
- Own and support the end-to-end guest journey in alignment with brand culture, luxury service philosophy, and service standards.
- Evaluate guest touchpoints across departments to ensure seamless, personalized, and anticipatory service.
- Embed a culture of quality and service excellence through visible leadership and hands-on operational presence.
- Ensure consistent delivery of personalized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented service.
