- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with digital tools including spreadsheets, content management systems, and basic analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, HR, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the UAE job market and recruitment practices is highly beneficial.

Role Description
- The Quality Manager is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on site presence and work from home flexibility.
Day to Day Tasks
- Design, implement, and monitor quality standards for content, event listings, and communication.
