Requirements
- Strong expertise in condition monitoring techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) and reliability centered maintenance
- Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and monitoring software or CMMS tools
- Solid understanding of mechanical and rotating equipment, industrial systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications in condition monitoring, reliability, or maintenance are an advantage
- Previous experience in condition monitoring, reliability, or maintenance management in industrial, utilities, or manufacturing sectors

Role Description
- The Condition Monitoring Manager is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on site presence and work from home.
- The role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing condition monitoring programs for equipment and assets to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from various monitoring tools and techniques.
- Prepare reports on asset health and recommend maintenance actions or corrective measures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams, scheduling inspections, tracking performance indicators.
- Refine monitoring strategies based on findings.
- Collaborate with vendors or service providers as needed.
- Ensure all monitoring activities comply with relevant safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in condition monitoring techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) and reliability centered maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and use of monitoring software or CMMS tools.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and rotating equipment, industrial systems, or similar technical environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a part time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications in condition monitoring, reliability, or maintenance (e.g., ISO, Vibration Analysis, Asset Management) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a condition monitoring, reliability, or maintenance management role in industrial, utilities, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
