- Perform daily foam tests for the lab.
- Must be able to cut detailed test samples, perform data entry, issue certification of compliance to customers.
- Participates in and able to lead corrective action teams.
- Must be able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including weekends.
- Effectively communicate with plant associates and Managers.
- Must be able to create and update JHA's, and SOP's.
- Follow all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervision.
- Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent; A.S. degree preferred.
- ASQ certification as CQ1 or CQT is desirable.
- Must have at least 2 years of lab testing experience.
- Direct experience within a manufacturing facility under an ISO, AS, IATF management systems with documented training in one or more areas as Manager, Lead, Technician, Inspector and/or Auditor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills with all Microsoft applications
- SAP experience desirable.
- Have working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC17025 current requirements.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to work independently and effectively manage time.
