Work alongside experienced engineers and production teams to master FXI’s foam pouring processes

Participate in on-the-job training to understand the science behind foam production and quality control

Assist with process optimization, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvements

Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and share key learnings

Recent graduate (or upcoming graduate) with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for hands-on learning

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Willingness to relocate and travel to different FXI plant locations as part of the rotational program

Interest in long-term career growth within foam production, engineering, and manufacturing leadership
