Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across clinical and non clinical departments
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including DOH, JAWDA, ADHICS, ISO, and accreditation audits
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and gap assessments
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Support policy development, document control, and risk management activities
- Conduct staff awareness sessions and quality related training programs
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational and clinical performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Quality Management, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare quality management
- Experience with KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and quality reporting
- Experience in DOH, JAWDA, ADHICS, ISO, ACHC, or other healthcare audits and accreditations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements

Quality Executive – Healthcare
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Quality Executive to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare quality management, KPI monitoring, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
