- Manage day to day accounting operations and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit activities
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and financial reporting standards
- Reconcile insurance claims, patient billing, and healthcare revenue streams
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a healthcare facility (Medical Center, Clinic, Hospital, Homecare, or Pharmacy)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
