Key Responsibilities
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**: Develop and implement quality management systems, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for efficiency improvements and lead initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**: Oversee environmental sustainability programs, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint minimization.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to environmental laws and corporate social responsibility guidelines.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external regulatory bodies to promote sustainability efforts.
- **Training & Development**: Educate employees on quality standards and sustainability best practices.
- **Reporting & Data Analysis**: Monitor key metrics and prepare reports on quality performance and sustainability impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards(ISO 9001,), sustainability frameworks, Quality Assurance Methodologies,ESG,Six Sigma Certified and experience in process mapping.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and english
