Join our Team as a Quality Engineering Intern !
The Role
We’re seeking a motivated intern to join our team in Summer 2027 ! This internship offers hands-on experience in operations, where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and root-cause analysis to ensure world class quality. You’ll collaborate with the Quality team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a strategic bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear IT deliverables to update Toyota’s Supplier Portal
Partner with cross-functional teams – including Production & Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain – to track and reduce repeat quality defects
Coordinate closely with Quality Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to support customer resolution and supplier development
Participate in customer and/or supplier visits.
What We’re Looking For
Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
Currently enrolled in a degree program in engineering (industrial, mechanical, or similar)
Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbus, IN, for the duration of the Summer 2027 internship

What You’ll Get in Return
Wage - $20.00 - $30.00+ per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
