In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and implementation process, helping customers evaluate, deploy, and optimize automation and technology solutions. Working closely with customers, sales teams, engineering, product development, and strategic partners, you bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs. From understanding customer requirements and designing solutions to conducting demonstrations and supporting implementations, you'll play a key role in delivering solutions that drive real value. Evaluate customer requirements and operational challenges to identify and recommend technology and automation solutions.
Support proposal development by providing technical expertise, solution recommendations, and operational guidance.

Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable Engineering Field, an Engineer in Training certification, a professional engineering license, or equivalent engineering experience.
1 + years of applications engineering or related technical experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly apply new knowledge in practical situations.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Experience supporting automation, robotics, material handling, or industrial technologies.
Experience creating AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation.
Experience in customer-facing engineering, technical sales, or implementation roles.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in dynamic customer environments.
Strong presentation and training skills.
Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
This role is fully remote within the United States. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a passion for what you do.
Typical first shift hours, Monday through Friday.
