Job Description

What You'Ll Do
· Support day-to-day Quality needs of Manufacturing
· Problem-solve (analyze data, determine root causes, develop implementation plans) and resolve issues which are affecting quality, assembly, or throughput
· Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve quality issues
· Develop quality work instructions
· Ensure effective containment for non-conforming product
· Effectively communicate Quality Concerns
· Coordinate repair and rework activities
· Support the implementation and effective adherence to all elements within the Spring Hill Quality System
· Must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or Internal GM Candidate
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge and ability to comfortably use computers and learn new software
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Manufacturing Quality or Process Engineer
· Engineering Degree
