Job Description
- Monitor and ensure consistent quality standards across all academic and administrative processes in the institute
- Conduct regular audits of classrooms, trainers, teaching methods, and student services
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and checklists
- Evaluate student feedback and take corrective actions to improve service delivery
- Coordinate with branch heads, trainers, and administrative staff to maintain compliance standards
- Ensure adherence to institute guidelines, accreditation requirements, and internal SOPs
- Identify areas of improvement in training delivery and operational efficiency
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management
- Support staff training and awareness programs related to quality standards
- Investigate complaints or deviations and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Work closely with management to enhance overall student satisfaction and institutional performance
