About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist for our Gas Suppression Factory in Riyadh. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement standards, procedures and specifications for the company
- Constantly enhance existing procedures to meet current standards and codes
- Perform regular testing of products to ensure manufacturing meets quality standards
- Maintain documentation of procedural changes
- Prepare performance reports for relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards
- Supervise Quality Control functions/activities, including inspection schedules and collection of Quality Records
- Supervise audits, inspections, reports and documentation issued by auditors
- Supervise regular calibration of all critical equipment
- Support UL / FM / NFPA 2001 & 12 / ISO 14520 follow up audits and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Deep Knowledge of Gas Suppression System
- Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC
- At least 5 years of experience in managing full shift production in a factory
- Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents and project specifications

Job Overview
- We are looking for a Quality control specialist for our Gas Suppression Factory in Riyadh. The role will lead cross functional teams, conducting internal and external audits and will implement corrective actions when necessary to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implementing standards, procedures and specifications for a company
- Constantly enhancing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current standards and Codes.
- Perforing regular Testing products ensure that manufacturing meet quality standards
- Maintaining documentation of procedural changes

- Constantly supervising the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
