Understanding the structure and applicability of the “inspection groups” for our various product lines and client requirements.
Working closely with Production Planners to support the release of Work Orders once “pre-configured” with the applicable Quality Control Plan details.
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the quality department.
Review transactions for accuracy and completeness before submission, in compliance with established procedures.
Enter, update, and retrieve information from company systems and databases.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Support Quality, Production, and Engineering teams with administrative tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English) is mandatory.
Prior administrative and/or clerical experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Ideally, successful candidate will have prior experience with production quality control methods, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) databases, and production Work Order creation.
Proficiency in MS365 software and database use required.
Prior working knowledge of Tulip and Smart Factory™ Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or an equivalent MES is preferred.
