Responsibilities
- Conduct final inspection of vehicles after maintenance or repair to ensure work completion per job card and quality standards.
- Check vehicle performance through test drives and diagnostic tools.
- Verify compliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Identify workmanship or parts quality issues and ensure corrective actions.
- Document and report inspection findings, non conformities, and recurring defects.
- Support continuous improvement of service processes and technician performance.
- Monitor workshop cleanliness, tool calibration, and compliance with quality checklists.
- Ensure use of genuine spare parts and adherence to repair standards.
- Handle quality related customer complaints and coordinate resolution.
- Participate in periodic audits and service quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive quality control or inspection
- Knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical)
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and perform test drives
- Attention to detail and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities
