Base Career helps you apply smarter for this job.
We believe that everyone who helps build this company should share in its success. That’s why we created Ownership For All — giving every eligible full-time employee an ownership stake in the business. From day one, you’re not just joining a team — you’re becoming an owner. At GTC, your wins aren’t just good for the company. They’re good for you.
You’ll lead the entire Quality Control organization — inspection, metrology, training, calibration, and the people who make it all work. Your fingerprints will be on the quality of every part we ship.
Lead, inspire, and maximize the engagement of the QC team — because great quality starts with great people
Manage the QC training program end-to-end, ensuring it’s effective, current, and tailored to what inspectors actually need
Identify and track the inspection capabilities of every individual on your team — and build development plans to close any gaps
Establish performance controls and goals for the department and your direct reports, then hold the line on them
Support the development of departmental strategy and long-term vision
Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of inspection methods selected during planning — and relentlessly eliminate redundancy and non-value-added steps
Ensure product conformity is verified as early in the process as possible — catching problems at the source, not at the finish line
Oversee nonconformance documentation and containment, ensuring accuracy, speed, and the right corrective path every time
Skip the repetitive application forms
