Role Overview
• Organize and execute inspection jobs with professionalism.
• Execute the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site.
• Issue the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
• Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls, and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
• Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
• Check power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system, Remote terminal unit, instruments, cables, tunings etc.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional test, check rating and material for connection.

Job Description
- Organize and execute inspection jobs professionally.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and construction or installation activities on site.
- Issue quality records and prepare non-conformance reports for the QC Supervisor when necessary.
- Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan and manage documentation for tests, controls, and inspections.
- Ensure correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
- Verify special processes and the qualifications of relevant workers.
- Inspect power transformers, switchboards, accumulator batteries, sockets, lighting systems, remote terminal units, instruments, cables, and tunings.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections and verify ratings and connection materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas construction sector.
- BGAS, NACE, or Frosio certification is required.
- ADNOC approval in coating or painting is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicable engineering standards and codes used in construction or EPC quality surveillance activities.
