• Professional written and verbal communication with employees, managers, vendors, and senior stakeholders
• Interpretation of compensation data, cost modeling, and financial impacts.
• Analysis and resolution of complex, non‑routine compensation scenarios requiring independent judgement.
• Advanced use of HR systems, MS office applications (especially Excel), and reporting tools.
• Regulatory Compliance Strong knowledge of, interpretation and application of Compensation legislation in both Canada and the US.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
• Deep understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, market pricing techniques, and pay equity best practices.

Compensation

• The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
