Overview
- Lead and manage the
- QC team
- for both factory production and site activities
- Develop and implement
- quality control procedures, ITPs, and inspection checklists
- Conduct
- incoming material inspections
- (MDF, plywood, veneer, hardware, etc.)
- Monitor
- in-process quality
- during cutting, machining, assembly, and finishing
- Perform
- final inspections
- before dispatch from factory
- Ensure all products meet
- approved drawings, specifications, and client standards
- Review and verify
- shop drawings
- for quality compliance
- Coordinate with
- production, design, and project teams
- to resolve quality issues
- Handle
- site inspections
- , installation checks, and finishing quality
- Attend
- client and consultant inspections
- and ensure approvals
- Raise and track
Ncrs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- and implement corrective actions
- Analyze defects and implement
- preventive measures
- to avoid recurrence
- Maintain all
- quality documentation, reports, and inspection records
- Ensure compliance with
- ISO standards and company quality policies
- Train and guide QC inspectors and production teams on
- quality standards and best practices
- Ensure
- health & safety and quality standards
