- Develop and execute quality control plans, perform inspections and measurements, document results, and identify root causes of nonconformities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, optimizing quality management procedures
- Maintain accurate quality records and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide clear communication of quality findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices, with experience applying industry standards and best practices
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement of processes
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles, including process documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
- Effective Communication skills for working with technical and non technical stakeholders and reporting quality findings clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, PDCA, ISO standards) is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in using office and data analysis software for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage part time schedules, and coordinate with onsite teams in Dubai

Role Description
- This is a part time Quality Control Engineer role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.
- The Quality Control Engineer will review and test products, processes, or services to ensure they meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Daily tasks include developing and executing quality control plans, performing inspections and measurements, documenting results, and identifying root causes of nonconformities.
