About the Role
ENF is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to conduct sanitation inspections and micro sampling in a food processing environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary or Animal Science, 2-4 years of food industry experience preferably in meat processing, and food safety training (HACCP L3, PIC L3).

Responsibilities
- Conduct operational and pre operational sanitation inspections, including micro sampling
- Inspect cleanliness of equipment to verify effectiveness of sanitation activities
- Enforce corrective and preventive actions for hygiene compliance
- Verify food safety, legality and authenticity of the process periodically
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary or Animal Science
- 2 4 years in Food Industry experience preferably in meat processing
- Food safety training awareness or certification (HACCP L3, PIC L3)
- Experience in conducting post mortem evaluation
- Good knowledge in common poultry diseases and understanding of GMP and other Food safety terminologies
- Exposure in process review, improvement and implementation

Job Objective
- Required to conduct operational and pre operational sanitation inspections, including micro sampling, inspection of cleanliness of equipment, to verify the effectiveness of sanitation activities and to enforce corrective and preventive actions for hygiene compliance.
- The food safety, legality and authenticity of the process is verified periodically.
Qualifications

Compensation
- Pay: AED2,000.00 AED3,500.00 per month
