Quality Control Associate

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Experience: • A Canadian (or assessed as equivalent) B.Sc. degree or equivalent in an applicable discipline of science (chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, chemical engineering, medicine, horticulture, medical laboratory science or related). • · Three (3) years’ experience in Quality Control/Assurance. • · Functional understanding of HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, spectroscopy, and plant sciences an asset

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Quality Assurances programs such as GMP, HACCP and ISO. • · Strong team facilitation/leadership skills with a commitment to self, and team, development. • · Strong interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written) • · Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. • · Proficient with standard office technology such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
