- Label and annotate data (text, image, audio, or video) based on project guidelines
- Categorize and structure raw data into machine readable formats
- Follow strict annotation instructions to ensure consistency across datasets
- Identify patterns, edge cases, and ambiguous data for escalation
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets
- Review annotated data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Perform random and targeted quality checks on datasets
- Identify errors such as mislabeling, incorrect classifications, or inconsistencies
- Provide clear feedback to annotators for improvement
- Track and report quality metrics and error trends
Requirements
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is a MUST
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and instructions
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Experienced as Data Annotator is a MUST
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
