ML Nashik is hiring a full-time remote Environmental Health Specialist to assess and monitor environmental and occupational health conditions, ensure compliance with EHS standards, conduct risk assessments, and develop EHS procedures.

Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor environmental and occupational health conditions across virtual and on ground activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Review project plans for environmental health risks.
- Develop and implement Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) procedures.
- Monitor environmental compliance for organizational operations and events.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate environmental and occupational health considerations into policies and workflows.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Provide training and guidance on EHS practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Environmental Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Experience with Environmental Compliance, including monitoring, reporting, and adherence to relevant regulations and standards
- Background in Occupational Health, including risk assessment, hazard identification, and preventive measures
- Effective Communication skills for reporting, training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Health, Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with data analysis, basic reporting tools, and documentation best practices
- Experience with technology focused or community based organizations is an advantage
