About the Role
We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and integrity of the onboarding process for healthcare facilities integrating with our Health Information Exchange platform. The role involves end-to-end testing of data exchange (HL7, FHIR) and ensuring compliance with quality and privacy standards.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with onboarding, integration, and engineering teams to understand facility specific integration requirements
- Review and validate interface specifications including HL7 messages, FHIR resources, and data mapping configurations
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for facility onboarding, covering both functional and interface level scenarios
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for healthcare data flow
- Validate structured clinical documents and transactions for conformance with data standards
- Log, track, and manage defects; ensure timely resolution and retesting
- Participate in onboarding calls and walkthroughs with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure proper test data management and documentation for each onboarding
- Maintain test execution reports, traceability matrices, and compliance artifacts as per QA protocols
- Support QA automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding QA processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing, preferably in healthcare or health IT integration environments
- Hands on experience with HL7 (v2.x), FHIR, XML/JSON validation, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI)
- Intermediate level knowledge of SQL or equivalent database
- Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability concepts
- Familiarity with Jira, or other test/project management tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- ISTQB certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting (preferred)

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer – Onboarding
- As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the onboarding process for healthcare facilities integrating with our Health Information Exchange platform.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
