Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation, Education, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Two to four years of experience in quality assurance, program coordination, employment services, case management, or a related human services field preferred.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Experience with Missouri Department of Mental Health and/or Vocational Rehabilitation services preferred ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Conduct routine documentation reviews and internal quality assurance audits for Employment Services and Empower Day Habilitation programs.
Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures, Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards, Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) requirements, CARF accreditation standards, and other applicable funding source and regulatory requirements.
Track and monitor employee compliance with required trainings, certifications, licenses, and annual regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, competency validations, licensure, and other compliance documentation.
Coordinate with supervisors to ensure employees complete required onboarding, annual, and position-specific training within established timeframes.
Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of training calendars and compliance tracking systems.
Identify documentation deficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare quality assurance reports and communicate findings to program leadership.
Conduct periodic internal program reviews to evaluate compliance, identify risks, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Monitor implementation of corrective action plans and follow-up activities to ensure identified deficiencies are resolved in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain quality assurance tools, checklists, and audit procedures.
Assist with preparation for CARF surveys, state monitoring visits, licensing reviews, and other external compliance activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining program policies, procedures, and standardized forms.
Monitor data accuracy and documentation timeliness.
Assist with the development, coordination, and maintenance of employee onboarding materials, training manuals, competency checklists, and other educational resources to support consistent service delivery.
