About the Role
Support QA/QC document control activities by maintaining quality records, managing RFIs, coordinating document flow and preparing project quality reports in accordance with ISO quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project quality document databases and records
- Log, categorise and distribute incoming documents to relevant Quality Engineers
- Maintain RFI logs and distribute daily RFIs to discipline inspectors
- Prepare weekly/monthly Quality status reports
- Maintain ISO 9001 quality records, audit documentation, complaints and feedback logs
- Control work procedures, transmittals, quality manuals and handbooks
- Support Quality induction and internal audit activities
- Manage QA/QC meetings, calendars, minutes, travel and leave schedules
- Control and issue QA/QC inspection stamps
- Draft formal letters and perform general document-control/administrative duties
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with 10+ years’ experience as a Civil QC Inspector
- Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry experience
- Experience with major EPC contractors or subcontractors
- ADNOC project experience is required
- Strong document control, coordination and communication skills
