Role Purpose
Manage pharmaceutical warehouse operations covering compliant receipt, storage, dispensing, inventory control, and dispatch of materials and finished products.

- The role is in pharmaceutical manufacturing in the UAE.
- The warehouse role involves physical warehouse operations and personnel supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receipt, inspection, reconciliation, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
- Ensure storage conditions, segregation, status labelling, and material handling comply with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Manage material dispensing, returns, reconciliation, and related warehouse documentation.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock ageing, near-expiry, rejected, obsolete, and non-moving materials.
- Coordinate material release and availability with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Maintain warehouse SOPs, logbooks, SAP transactions, inventory records, and QMS documentation.
- Lead deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations, and quality-risk-management activities.
- Ensure warehouse compliance during regulatory audits, customer audits, and statutory inspections.
- Supervise dispatch, palletization, and local pharmaceutical dispatch reporting requirements.
- Ensure high standards of EHS, housekeeping, hygiene, cleaning, and personnel safety.
