Serve as an independent auditor of test results, inspection records, and production documentation without performing the original testing
Ensure all documentation remains accurate, complete, and audit-ready to support ISO compliance and internal standards
Audit and validate RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) processes, ensuring alignment between physical units, documentation, and ERP records
Identify discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies and escalate findings for corrective action

Develop and distribute weekly scorecards tracking team performance against safety and quality KPIs
Provide reliable performance data to support accountability, coaching, and incentive programs
Coordinate SME-led training sessions on testing methods, assembly standards, and quality procedures
Audit training effectiveness and verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure employees meet required competency and documentation standards
Lead daily production huddles to communicate: Recurring defects Safety alerts Quality expectations and priorities
