The Quality Analyst supports Customer Support and Compliance teams by ensuring strong quality performance.
The role collaborates across teams and supports Analysts and their line managers to improve customer outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete monthly quality control activities focused on successes and failures in Compliance team members' work.
- Highlight and report issues to leadership.
- Provide feedback to Analysts and perform root-cause analyses of errors.
- Deliver quality refresher sessions to individuals struggling with quality performance.
- Coach new joiners on compliance and customer support procedures.
- Collaborate with teams across different locations.
What You'll Need
- Experience in a quality support role.
- Fluency in English at C1 level or above.
- Native-level fluency in Arabic.
- Impeccable attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
