QUALITY ANALYST - OPS SOLUTIONS

Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of the services team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Participate in the implementation of procedures and methodologies to improve the quality of the configured build (Test Cases, Automated Testing) while reducing the amount of testing time required
• Working with other members of the team to review existing processes and streamline to produce simplified more scalable methods of delivery
• Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and automated tests.
• Record, monitor and maintain the data in the defect tracking tool for consistency and quality
• Ensuring all tasks/projects are completed on time whilst ensuring comprehensive attention to detail
• Provide test estimates for upcoming projects
• Ability to switch between projects whilst maintaining the same attention to detail as if working on one project
• Working in a fast-paced environment and dealing effectively with last minute internal/external requests
• Support Service Centre in investigation of technical and business issues with company products
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
