Job Purpose
Provide efficient, friendly, and high-quality customer service.
Answer queries, provide information, guide customers through banking procedures, and promote the Group's products and services.
Customer and Sales Responsibilities
- Market products to increase sales volume and profitability and achieve or exceed targets.
- Resolve customer queries within required turnaround times and support customer retention through cross-selling.
- Serve as the first point of contact, assist with account openings, handle loan applications, and support customer documentation.
- Coordinate with tellers and operations teams and cover related duties when required.
Process and Compliance Responsibilities
- Maintain service standards, refer unresolved queries to management, and provide accurate information to auditors and compliance teams.
- Follow legal, regulatory, and internal policies covering AML, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, data protection, fraud, whistleblowing, and conflicts of interest.
