Job Summary

  • The incumbent will manage the Global Cash Management and Trade services products as well as service and implementations of QNB Group.
  • The role includes Cash management product, Trade Services Product, Channels, Service and Implementations and Portfolio Management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ultimately responsible for development of cash management and Trade Services products, marketing and value added service proposition.
  • Supports attaining revenue, profit, profitability supporting the sales team.
  • Works with Direct manager in achieving unit’s budget and product targets.
  • Implements KPI’s and best practices for Global Cash Management Products.
  • Accountable for proactive gathering and analysis of market and business intelligence information.
  • Responsible for initiation and development of cutting edge cash and trade products and solutions.
  • Responsible for development of product/credit programs and packaged solutions.
  • Work with HO and Country Managers to support business objectives.
  • Responsible for working with Global sales team on commercialization of cash and trade products.
  • Responsible for all cash and trade product KPIs and targets.
  • Coordinates with sales team for initiating, maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for implementation of a one point of contact concept to respond to customer needs.

Education And Experience Requirements

  • University graduate BA or MBA preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
  • At least 8 years of banking relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language preferred.
  • Knowledge of risk management concept and practices.
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations and practices pertaining to cash management and trade services.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Banking customer base.
  • Outstanding financial planning and budgeting ability.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in preparation and utilization of financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in PC programs: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant applications.
  • Excellent people relationship skills and team management.
