Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Knowledge of retail banking products and risks
- Experience in retail credit operations and controls

Job Purpose Summary
- Perform processing activities for settlement and postponement of Retail loans in line with policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting unit’s budget and controlling costs.
- Implement KPI’s and best practices for Senior Officer, Retail Loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments.
- Provide timely and accurate information to auditors and compliance.
- Timely review all retail loans for settlement or postponement.
- Support Supervisor in preparation of MIS and reports.
- Input data in core banking system.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or IT.
- College Diploma accepted.
