Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits according to applicable ISO standards across multiple global sites.
• Write audit reports and communicate results to management.
• Follow up on audit nonconformances and ensure effective CAPA closure.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage the calibration process.
• Coordinate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support PCN, EOL, customer notifications, waivers, and other QMS responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, materials science, semiconductor fabrication, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in electronics engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
• Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and participating in CAPA.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience with RCA, including 8D problem-solving or FMEA.
