QC Technician - 2nd Shift

Due to growth, it has created a need for a Quality Control Technician - 2nd Shift at our manufacturing facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

This role will have responsibility for product quality to ensure that product meets or exceeds customer requirements and specifications.

• Perform daily in-process inspections, pH and density analysis, environmental swabbing.
• Perform monthly walk-through audits.
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure process consistency and that the required standards are met.
• Acts as the back up to the other QC Technicians and the Lead QC Technician during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system.
• Responsible for adhering food safety, cGMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices, and customer specifications.
• Report any food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Other duties as assigned.
