Lead Processing Operator - 2nd Shift

Due to growth, are hiring for a Lead Processing Operator - 2nd shift position.

The shift is 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday - Friday, with an occasional Saturday (as required).

• Set up and adjust machines
• Performing daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs
• Monitor equipment throughout production.
• Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces, and act as a link in a chain that involves several manufacturing processes and other operators.
• Test and measure finished products and record their activities and manufacturing stages.
• Acts as the back up to the other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians and temporary packaging personnel during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system.
• Responsible for adhering food safety, CGMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices and customer specifications.
• Report any food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
