Responsibilities
- Conduct daily welding inspections and coordinate with Client representative during site visit
- Prepare and schedule NDT request including PWHT
- Establish Inspection and Test plan (ITP) with respect to project Standards and Specifications
- Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications and Conduct PQT, WQT and witness mechanical testing of test specimens
- Supervision of QA/QC activities related to Pipelines/Piping and Hydro testing / Pneumatic Testing of erected spools
- Carryout mechanical and QC clearance of hydro test packages
- Preparation of final documents for the Project completion Dossier
Requirements
- Experience in welding inspection and QA/QC activities
- Knowledge of NDT, PWHT, and hydro/pneumatic testing
- Ability to establish Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
- Familiarity with project standards and specifications
