- Conduct daily painting inspections and coordinate with client representatives during site visits
- Establish Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) according to project standards and specifications
- Finalize Painting Procedure Specifications and conduct PQT/Coating Applicator Test
- Prepare Material Approval Request (MAR) for painting materials
- Check visual inspection of coating as per project standards and ITP
- Coordinate for final inspection of coating and holiday testing
- Carry out inspection for factory applied coating 3 layer polypropylene coating (3LPP/2LFBE)
- Supervise QA/QC activities related to painting for pipelines/piping and structures
- Ensure QC clearance of painted spools
Requirements
- Experience in painting inspections and coating testing
- Knowledge of project standards and specifications
- Ability to coordinate with client representatives

Responsibilities

- Responsible for preparation of Material Approval Request (MAR) for Painting materials.
- Check visual inspection of coating as per project standards /specifications and Inspection test plan (ITP).
- Coordinate for final inspection of coating and holiday testing.
- Carry out inspection for factory applied coating 3 layer polypropylene coating (3LPP/2LFBE) Supervision of QA/QC activities related to Painting for Pipelines/Piping and Structures.
