- Assist in monitoring work progress and ensuring company standards are maintained
- Prepare and organize administrative documents, files, and project records
- Support daily office operations and internal communication
- Track tasks, deadlines, and required updates from different departments
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and follow up documents when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, quality control, or project coordination
- Experience in interior design, fit out, construction, or related fields is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities
- Professional, responsible, and able to work under deadlines

Job Overview
