Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to support our day to day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the Interior Fit Out or Contracting industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and documentation.
  • Maintain records, files, and project related documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with quotations, LPOs, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Monitor office supplies and support general office operations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in an Interior Fit Out or Contracting company.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • GCC experience is preferred.
