Overview
- Carry out site inspections for mechanical works (HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing) against approved drawings, ITPs, and specifications.
- Inspect incoming mechanical materials against approved material submittals.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, and photographic documentation for all inspections.
- Report non-conformances to the QA/QC Engineer for NCR issuance.
- Witness and record results of pressure tests, duct leakage tests, and other site tests.
- Monitor subcontractor quality compliance and report observations to QAQC Engineer.
