Summary
We are looking for a
Qa & Technical Documentation Specialist
to join our team and play a key role in ensuring software quality and maintaining clear, comprehensive system documentation.
Responsibilities
· Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications
· Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization
· Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
· Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
· Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization
· Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes
· Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines
· Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers
· Prepare POT (proof of testing)
· Prepare User Manual and update clear, user-friendly User Manuals.
· Document workflows, processes, and system procedures.
· Maintain and continuously update all documentation.
· Prepare Test script and update bug reports.
· Daily status with management
· Collaborate with teams to improve system usability and user experience (UX).
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
· Minimum
3 years of experience
in QA and Testing, or a similar role.
· Proven experience supporting software applications in a development or tech-driven company.
· Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing.
· Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking basics.
· Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
· Minimum 2+ yrs experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills.
· Experience with web-based application testing (minimum 3+ yr)
· Experience with integration testing between applications (minimum 3+ yr)
Technical Skills
· Familiarity with
frontend testing tools
.
· Basic knowledge of
CI/CD tools
and the web application development lifecycle.
· Experience using framework/tools such as
xUnit, Karama, Jasmine, and Selenium / Playwright
.
· Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)..
Personal & Communication Skills
· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Positive attitude and professional approach when dealing with users and clients.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
· Fluent in Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
