Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of rotating mechanical equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors) to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Perform dimensional inspections, including measurements and verification of tolerances, using precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality control plans to accurately assess product conformity and identify potential discrepancies
- Witness and verify critical tests, such as hydrostatic, performance, and vibration tests, documenting results and ensuring adherence to established procedures
Requirements
- Aramco Approved is plus
