Responsibilities
- Handle day to day site inspections and quality control for all mechanical installations (HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, and drainage)
- Prepare, submit, and raise Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) to get consultant approvals
- Issue Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) for incorrect site works and follow up to ensure correction and closure
- Inspect incoming site materials against approved material submittals and approve Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Coordinate with subcontractors to witness pressure testing, ductwork checks, and equipment commissioning
- Keep accurate, up to date daily logs of all inspections, NCRs, and site approvals
- Collect and organize final close out documents like O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and warranties
Requirements
- Experience in handling day to day site inspections and quality control for mechanical installations (HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, drainage)
- Ability to prepare, submit, and raise Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) to get consultant approvals
- Experience in issuing Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) for incorrect site works and following up on corrections
- Ability to inspect incoming site materials against approved material submittals and approve Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors to witness pressure testing, ductwork checks, and equipment commissioning
- Ability to keep accurate, up to date daily logs of all inspections, NCRs, and site approvals
- Experience in collecting and organizing final close out documents like O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and warranties
