- Oversee and manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of all joinery materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management system, utilizing software for real time tracking of stock levels, movement, and reorder points.
- Lead a team of storekeepers, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure optimal team productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and audits to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.
